• They Build: Once your referral signs a builder agreement with us, your referral is confirmed.

• You Get Paid: Receive $1,000 once the agreement is signed and their down payment is received.

• Eligibility: Referrals must be new clients not already in contact with Elijah Anthony Homes.

• Reward Payment: The $1,000 reward will be issued after a contract is signed and the down payment is received from the referral.

• You Get Paid: Receive a reward once the agreement is signed and the first payment is received.

• Eligibility: Referrals must be new clients not already in contact with Elijah Anthony Homes or Anthony Bryan Construction.

• Reward Payment: Rewards are issued after the contract is signed and the first payment is received.

• Reward Amount: Our tiered system ensures fair compensation for your referral:

Up to $500,000: $1,000 Reward

$500,000 – $1,000,000: $2,000 Reward

Over $1,000,000: Negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
