ELIJAH ANTHONY | FOUNDER & CEO
Elijah Anthony founded Elijah Anthony Homes with the simple goal to build exceptional homes with pride, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the families who will live in them. After serving five years with the Dallas Fire Department, Elijah followed his passion for construction and built a company that reflects his heart for people.
He leads every project with a hands-on mindset and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship. For Elijah, building a home is personal. It is about creating something lasting for the homeowner and doing it the right way from the ground up.
Elijah is also a devoted husband and father of three. When he is away from the job site, he spends time with his family and coaches their sports.
HALEY ANTHONY | DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Haley Anthony helps bring care, organization, and consistency to the homeowner journey. She oversees the administrative side of the business and assists clients through the selection process, helping ensure each family feels supported and confident throughout the build.
Her thoughtful approach and strong attention to detail help make the experience more personal, more organized, and more enjoyable for every homeowner.
PHIL ANTHONY | OPERATIONS & FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
Phil Anthony provides operational and financial guidance for Elijah Anthony Homes. With more than 20 years of experience as a school superintendent and 5 years overseeing school construction projects, Phil brings seasoned leadership and practical insight to the team.
His experience helps strengthen the business behind the builds, providing a steady foundation that supports both the company and the families it serves.
